Jive Fridays at Murray's New Orleans SM Mall of Asia

They say if you can do it in one place, do it in another. Thankfully, here in SM Mall of Asia, you don't need to go to those other places because with the cool breeze from the Bay, the lovely sunset that never fails to set that romantic mood, some good vibes and amazing food that are offered from the top restaurants, like from Muyrray's New Orleans, weekdays and weekend are always better! Most specially on Friday now that they have Jive Fridays!

A perfect way to celebrate the weekends of summer season, Murray's New Orleans Bourbon Steak, Ribs & Oyster is happy to announce to everyone that they are firing their Friday up with chillaxing offering that one could enjoy while dining in their alfresco lounge at SM Mall of Asia.

Having the great Manila Bay as the background, Murray's New Orleans opened up their Jive Friday offering last week, and I was one of the lucky people who got to enjoy  their music, presentation, ambiance, and of course, the whole lot food and drinks that made the celebration more bonggacious!

The party was started by a local band that plays nice sounding music that set the mood of everyone. Appetizers were then served to each table via Louisiana Starters style, which was composed of cheese puffs, croquettes, bacon, chicken and many more!

Right after we feasted on these four finger-licking dishes, salad, soup and main dishes were then served along with the stomp and pomp of the bartenders showing to us their flaring moves that added that carnival-ish fun to this lively Friday night.

The Debris Gumbo was the love from this set. I never thought that they made some creamy soup that good, so the next time I am going back here, I will definitely have more of that soup.

But of course nothing could beat their most delectable New Orlean's Famous Baby Back Ribs that were enjoyed by everyone that night - a show stopper, indeed! But if you wanna try something light, I suggest that you have the Louisiana Fried Chicken - a dish perfect for those intimidating taste buds. :-)

Finally, but not capping the night, but making it more hot and sultry in some sense, Murray's New Orleans The Mardigrettes opened the party night with their sexy sways while us were chillaxing t o the wonderful concoctions of MEGArita - giant margarita bottles served in different flavors - super yum!
