Bacolod: The Best Pasalubong from Bong-Bong's

On the Eat, Pay Love Trip that I had with my superfriends, Bacolod is the place where we spent  this "Love" portion. Actually, we never thought that we love will Bacolod that much, but with their really sumptuous dishes and lovely people, I can't blame why a lot of people fell in love with this city, including us! And thank God, leaving Bacolod wasn't that heart-shattering as it was supposed to be for us because we were able to spend some lovely time buying "pasalubong" for our "LOVE" ones. ^_^

And here in Bacolod, one of the best places to hit for some goodies for the family and friends back home is BongBong's.

BongBong's is so easy to find since most of the cab drivers are familiar of the place. They also have a kiosk ready to serve everyone at SM Bacolod, but upon our observation, the prices are a little higher, so I guess, if you are buying a lot, better hit it's main store. ^_^

Guimaras: More Than Just a Mango Province

On my first-ever visit in this beautiful paradise, I'm really on-board for some mango love from them. Known as the greatest source of the sweet mangoes in the country, your eyes will be mesmerized to the thousand of mango trees scattered all over the province making it a mango heaven for me. But did you know that aside from these refreshing mangoes,  Guimaras offers tummy-filling treats that tourist would love to enjoy?

We stayed at Raymen Resort during our visit here since it was suggested by a friend who lives here and Raymen Resort was said to be the modest place to stay in.

We arrived at Raymen around 3:00 p.m. We were really starving to death when we arrived since we came from a very long trip - Manila-Bacolod-Iloilo-Guimaras. So, right after we fixed ourselves and had some-minute rest in our room, we headed to their clean and decently looking canteen to check out their simple menu.

Rowena's Cafe at Tagaytay

As promised, here's my blog about Rowena's Cafe.

Rowena's Cafe is considered as one of the popular "pasalubong" shops in Tagaytay City. Primarily, catering to our sweet tooth, Rowena's has also a line of delicious Pinoy finger foods that young and adults can enjoy.

Rowena's became popular because of their tarts. When I spent my weekend at Nurture Spa Village, one of the delectable desserts that I enjoyed and loved was the ube tart from Rowena's, that's why when we were about to leave Tagaytay, I asked our group to drop by at Rowena's to buy some "pasalubong".
