It's More Fun to Drink at Chili's!

Adding more fun and excitement to our busy schedules on weekdays, Chili's recently launched their latest treats that will be a sure-fire-hit to those who are looking forward to a relaxing night-out with work mates or friends. And no, it doesn't come alone but rather in trio, and they come in this patriotic colors that every Pinoy will surely love! Guys and gals, meet Rita Trio.

Five exciting and refreshing flavors to choose from to form the trio, Rita Trio is Chili's latest concoction of their world-renowned Margarita drinks that are served in rock-glass size. There's the Pomegranate Margarita, which is a mix of 1800 Tequila, Absolut Citron with pomegranate syrup; the Blue Pacific Margarita, which is combination of 1800 Tequila, Cointreau and Blue Curacao; the Tropical Sunrise, which is made with 1800 Tequila, Melon Liqueur, pineapple juice, sweet and sour and a splash of grenadine;  the Chambord 1800 Margarita, which is a mix of 1800 Tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur and Chambord;  and finally, the El Nino Margarita, which is 1800 Tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur and fresh orange juice.

Just like how the old saying goes "Looks good, but taste even better," as I indulge on to these wonderful concoctions that spell nothing but fun, I must say that I fell in love to the taste of the Blue Pacific  Margarita. Though, of course, all of them are great, I just find this one complementing to the dishes that we ordered that night.

The Art of Japanese Cuisine in Wafu's Teppanyaki Omakase Buffet

Situated at the very heart of Greenhills, San Juan, opened almost a  year now, Wafu is a modern-style Japanese restaurant giving twist and modern approach to Japanese dishes that swept many Filipinos feet and palette off. And last week, together with some friends, I was able to try their latest sit-down offering that consist of 12 hot out-of-the-stove dishes collectively known as the Teppanyaki Omakase Buffet.

Yes, you read it right - BUFFET. So, if you think that the small servings of 12 different Japanese dishes won't be enough, you can keep them coming as long as you finish the first set of 12 dishes, according to out serving chef that night, Jonathan.

Anyway, upon getting our spot on the second level of this very exquisite restaurant - the most exquisite Japanese restaurant, I've been to, actually - our group was welcomed by our chef and two more servers who will be guiding us t our Japanese cuisine adventure.

Banapple Greenhills - You Complete Me!

I've been wanting to try Banapple since I saw its branch here in Ayala Triangle Gardens. Unfortunately, with the whole nine-yard of workaholics all lined up there - and around it - every lunch time, my wish and tummy craving remain a lifelong dream.

But last week was a different story.

I got a text inviting me to have a taste of the food that I wanna try for the longest time. And there at Northeast Square in Greenhills, San Juan settled a fine looking foodie venue that really perked up my appetite that day - Banapple! Wee!

The colors, the interior and the spot - it was all perfect for that day! I have a big appetite all ready to indulge at this very appetizing place.

Big Daddy's Chicken Chops set to Counquer Pinoys' Love for Chicken

Being in the business for almost two years now, Big Daddy's Chicken had its first branch at Greenhills Mall. It's main goal is to share to all foodies the wonderful and yummy-tasting chicken chops of Taiwan. And with good partnership and passion for business and food, BDC managed to give its patron the food that they want in a quick span of time.

And now, as the good partnership of Kim and Jerry continues, they just recently opened Big Daddy's Chicken branch at the largest mall in Asia - SM Mall of Asia.

Located at the ground floor of the Entertainment Mall of SM Mall of Asia, I was invited to it's bloggers' night a few weeks ago, and though I'm not expecting much about it, I must say that their chicken - chicken chop - was really worth my time and effort.

A Jollier Season 3 for Jollibee’s Jollitown

Back on its third season, the jolliest and most educational show that features that most-loved Pinoy mascot, Jollibee, is back with his Jollifriends on Kapuso Network to share more magic, love and fun activities!

Kids will get to enjoy the newest season of Jollitown this coming Sunday from 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning. And together with Jollibee, Hetty, Twirlie, Popo and Yum, they’ll welcome us all on this new season with their newest casts - the Tooth Fairy and the Fun Quarters - that will surely add fun and excitement to the gang’s new adventures.

I was so glad to be invited to its red carpet premier last week at Teatrino, Greenhills, because I, for one, am a fan of Jollibee mascots! Hahaha! Well, who doesn’t right? I love Hetty!
