Fat Tuesday at Murray's New Orleans - BHS

If I'm not mistaken, this is my third year celebrating Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras here at Murray's New Orleans - Boni High Street. And just like the previous years, my night here was filled with soothing music and great food that are just perfect to have before the whole Catholic community welcomes the Lenten Season.

Last March 4, together with some friends, we kinda somehow welcomed the Lent with these really filling and colorful dishes from Murray's New Orleans in Boni High Street. Mardi Gras is one of the Western tradition, we at the East, are starting to adopt. And even though it is still attracting more attentions from Filipinos, here at New Orleans, Mardi Gras is actually an annual thing inviting passerby's to drink and be merry on the eve of Ash Wednesday.

Adorned with metallic beads, masks and classy lighting, the party here at New Orleans offered a some sort of relaxing vibe that local and international guests enjoyed. There was a live band performing from time to time, and the servers were all dolled up like it we were really doing the real thing.

Since tomorrow, Ash Wednesday, marks the start of the Lenten Season, I guess you already know what I'm gonna be talking about today! Yep, its Mardi Gras, baby! And guess where's the best place to celebrate and to belly up this Fat Tuesday, Muray's New Orleans Resorts World Manila, party rockers!

Last Tuesday, I was invited by our friends from Murray's New Orleans to be one of the first few people to enjoy the remaining days of partying before Lent at New Orleans in Resorts World Manila. One of the hottest partying spots in the metropolis now, Resorts World Manila offers a wide selection of food and party hubs fit for your taste and budget. And last Tuesday, it was the New Orleans who made our Tuesday night sizzled and chilled out with the launch of their Mardi Gras dancers and "Megarita."

Mardi Gras is actually a Western tradition where people eat and drink as much as they could before the entire world repents and fast for the upcoming Lenten Season - literally Fat Tuesday. And since here in the Philippines, where we almost adopt most of the Western traditions, we are no exceptions, that's why Murray's New Orleans prepares and shares an astonishing Mardi Gras treats that party goers could enjoy.

Mardi Gras Night at New Orleans!

Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday in English is a season where Western countries such as the Latin America and Europe celebrate to eat and be merry before Ash Wednesday or the beginning of Lenten Season. And though, I've been wanting to experience the real deal in Brazil, where the streets are filled with colorful floats and dancers, I was delighted to receive an invitation from New Orleans in Bonifacio High Street to celebrate this world-renowned carnival affair.

Filled with mostly foreigners from the Western countries, New Orleans an Clawdaddy's restaurants, which is  under The Red Crab Group of Restaurants hosted this world-class affair that made the night of every guests full of food, sexy dancers and samba music!

I was actually surprised that it turned out so well. And despite of the whole place being so crowded, I had a great time partying and drinking because I really felt the awesome Mardi Gras feel that I've been wanting to experience.
