A Reunion at Caterings by Q Bistro

If you love something and you badly miss having it, no matter how far it may be; in my case, no matter how busy I am, if I miss having it and I'm dying to have it, I'll risk everything just to have it. Gets?

Well, it's nothing too serious - it's just  my favorite Roast Beef from Q Bistro, which has a new nest at Unit 56C & 56D East Capitol Drive, Kapitoloyo, Pasig City. And yes, finally, I got to visit this favorite resto of mine last Sunday with my family, who for the first time, met my favorite chef in town, Chef Mia K. Catipay!

Designed to satisfy one's desire for beauty, elegance and comfort, I must say that this new nest of Q Bistro is one lovely spot fit for a family or a group of friends who are looking for a nice place to chill out. Ready to fill one's eyes and stomach with artistically chosen designs and appetizing dishes, our Sunday brunch here started with amazement to the decors well put by the Q Bistro team.

Exciting Mornings with Q Bistro Breakfast

Just like what they always say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And here in Q Bistro, they made the most important meal of the day extra special through the release of their latest offerings that are sure to give you one bright, fulfilling brand new day! With Q Bistro Breakfast, definitely, everyday is cheat day!

Seize the early morning rush in Ortigas District and catch the amazing and delectable offerings on one of recent favorite spots in the metro - Q Bistro. With their recent breakfast meals that are offered everyday from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning, one can indulge to their amazing selection of Filipino dishes prepared delicately by the owner-chef Mia Capay.

And last Sunday, which is the most perfect time to enjoy the quite surround of Ortigas District, I visited this place again to get a taste of these scrumptious offerings, which I'm sure I'll be craving for again and again and again.

Mongolian Wednesday at Q Bistro

What better way to celebrate the midweek than to have a plate full of goodies that are sure to heat your cold and clenching slave stomach in a real classy yet comfortable place that offers the most affordable kind. Hey, Q Bistro in Ortigas is offering a Mongolian Buffet for Php295.00 only!

It's Wednesday tomorrow, and just like Q Bistro's tradition, Wednesday is the day for Mongolian Buffet. Offering pork, beef, chicken and fish - yes, they have fish here instead of seafood - Q Bistro's Mongolian Buffet every Wednesday is a feast every visitor of Ortigas Business District must experience!

Available from 11 in the morning til 2 in the afternoon, this Mongolian Buffet was my sunshine last Wednesday when I visited the highly urbanized Ortigas District. This is my first time to try a Mongolian buffet in the metro, so I'm not really expecting that much.

Finding and Enjoying the Hidden Q Bistro

I dunno how come that a chic and oozing-with-delectable-dishes place like Q Bistro haven't caught any foodies' eyes and palette yet? I mean, the place was like a mine of gold placed under our noses and yet when I checked online, I barely see any write up about it? Oh, come on, guys, don't tell me that a Php425.00 roast beef and salad buffet doesn't sound appealing? Hehehe!

Last week, on a surprisingly not-so-busy Friday noon time in Ortigas, I spent my lunch in this small and semi-private place called Q Bistro. Situated near Podium Mall, this swanky restaurant is owned and managed by lawyer-chef Ameera "Mia" Katigbak Capay, 32, who is also the chef of The Malayan Plaza Hotel, a condotel that's servicing guests of this highly-urbanized district.

Q Bistro is under the roof of The Malayan Plaza Hotel, which is a few steps from Podium and SM Megamall. And just like I said, the place is a quiet on a not-so-busy Street of Opal, opposite of Oakwood Premier Manila Hotel.

Finding this place isn't really hard, because once you reached The Malayan Plaza Hotel, guards there will lead you to this heavenly place ready to fill you hungry tummy at a very affordable price!
