Everyday is Christmas Day with Alaska Créma!

When I was invited a few days before Christmas to be part of the "Tasting Committee" of the Alaska Créma Merry Créma in Eastwood Mall, one thing stuck to my mind - Christmas could really be an "everyday" thing by simply whipping up a good meal that comes with the tasty and creamy Alaska Créma!

Lechon Cake by Nothing But C

Adding for more and sweetness to the most wonderful time of the year, Alaska Créma invited the metro's most requested food kiosk to whip up a unique dish that includes Alaska Créma as one of the ingredients. And that day, not one, not two but 24 establishment took the challenge and offered their most appetizing dishes that are perfect all-year round.

Foodie Bloggers Night with Johnny Rockets!

Checkered  flooring, leather seats, jukebox, dancing waitresses and '60s music - that's what filled our night during the foodie bloggers night hosted by Johnny Rockets at Eastwood Mall, Libis Quezon City.

Attended by almost 20 bloggers who spent a night of dancing and eating and playing and eating, our night was also filled with surprises, games and freebies that we all enjoyed!

To be honest, I've been dying to try Johnny Rockets but since I've heard that the burgers here are a little pricey, I just let my palette wait til I get the right budget for it.

The Red Crab Series: Komrad at Eastwood Libis

Inspired by two distinct districts of China, Komrad got its remarkable and worth-sharing dishes from the districts of Hunan and Sichuan. With both being located at the southern part of the country with mostly high-intensity dishes, or spicy in simplest term, Komrad at Eastwood Mall in Libis, Quezon City just opened its door to share to you authentic Hunan and Sichuan dishes.

Located at the second level of the Eastwood Mall, along the Veranda, Komrad is the newest addition to the growing themed restaurants of The Red Crab Group of Companies. And now, with actor-chef Marvin Agustin joining them on this project, Komrad is considered as one of the must-visit restaurant now here in Eastwood.

Luckily, last week, together with my favorite food bloggers, I was invited here to have a taste of their sweet and spicy Hunan and Sichuan dishes.

The Red Crab Series: The Flying Pig - Eastwood

With my very hungry stomach and salivating fangs, I was led to one of the best themed restaurants that I've been to - The Flying Pig in Eastwood, Libis. So let's fly with these pigs and let me share to you my second The Red Crab Restaurants series.

Designed the pop-culture way,  who wouldn't be intrigued with what this very inviting and very young restaurant in Eastwood Mall have, right? The furniture, the lighting and the funny pig superheroes, oh, for sure, boys and men would love to sit in here and enjoy the funny and cool caricatures made specially for this restaurant.

According to the manager in charge on the time we visited the place, it evolved from something formal dining place to a haven for comic book lovers and young family who wanna enjoy their dishes the home-style way.

A Hearty Dinner at O'sonho Jupiter

Pronounced as o-sonyo, this Portuguese restaurant located at Jupiter Street in Makati City will not just give you an astonishing gastronomic Portuguese adventure but also a hearty, Filipino-style warmth of welcoming that you and your busy buddies can enjoy after a day of hard work.

This is my second time to dine at O'sonho, but my first time to try it here in Jupiter Street, Makati.

I had a chance to try their dishes first in their Eastwood Mall branch, and I'd say that even though the place was kinda a little off for me because it is facing the other way around, I got to enjoy their food so much that made me appreciate Portuguese cuisine.

On this hearty dinner that I had in their first branch, I was welcomed by one of the owners, Cris Barancik, who made my Portuguese gastronomic adventure comeback more heart-warming and fun.
