Foodie Bloggers Night with Johnny Rockets!

Checkered  flooring, leather seats, jukebox, dancing waitresses and '60s music - that's what filled our night during the foodie bloggers night hosted by Johnny Rockets at Eastwood Mall, Libis Quezon City.

Attended by almost 20 bloggers who spent a night of dancing and eating and playing and eating, our night was also filled with surprises, games and freebies that we all enjoyed!

To be honest, I've been dying to try Johnny Rockets but since I've heard that the burgers here are a little pricey, I just let my palette wait til I get the right budget for it.

I'm just lucky that when they finally hosted a bloggers gathering, I was invited to this foodie bloggers night and finally had a taste of their Original Burger! Wee!

Original Burger

It was only that night that I learned that their burgers come with an eat-all-you-can fries and a drink-all-you-can soda, which was a real treat to me that night. No wonder the prices here were a little bit high. Hehe.

After that sumptuous feast, Tinay of Megaworld also introduced to us the return of Venice Piazza's Food Adventure!

For those who didn't know yet, Venice Piazza is a "sister-mall" of Eastwood Mall, both under the Megaworld Lifestyle Malls. Venice Piazza is located at McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

As for the Food Adventure, this year's adventure is consisted of 14 restaurants ready to share their most delectable dishes for only Php600.00! Starting January 7th to March 31st, all Saturdays and Sundays on these dates will be a Food Adventure day at Venice Piazza! From 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., restaurants such as Blackwood Bistro, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Empire Deli & Restaurant, Figaro, KBOP, Kuse, Little Asia Symphony of Flavors, Old Vine Grille, Pinchos Restaurant & Bar, Pho Hoa, Ramen Bar, Red Crab Alimango House, Sol Gelato and Yo Swirls by BTIC will be open to fill those tummies with nothing but the best dishes that they can offer.

Food adventurers are free to try the samplers of all participating restaurants in no particular order as long as they have the Food Adventure passport with them. These Food Adventure passports are available at the selling booths, which are located at the ground floor of Venice Piazza and the Eastwood Mall Concierge from 11 in the morning til 10 in the evening every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I know that you are all getting excited now, so what are you waiting for? Weekend is just around the corner! Indulge to this amazing and fun food adventure and who know, you might be lucky to receive some more freebies and discounts!

See you all there! Happy eating!

  1. This is within response to Johnny Rockets, now whenever I'm in Quezon City I go to Johnny Rockets Tomas Morato. Well because I have been a burger eater myself for most of my life and I just love juicy burgers and not to mention crispy yummy fries. So when I had my first experience at Johnny Rockets oh sure it all started by just reading and looking at the pictures. But when I myself finally experienced it. First of all I didn't know what to expect all I know it was just another burger joint. But when I walked in I said this is what I have been wanting to experience all my life. The ambiance is like a blast from the past. I love watching Happy Days and Grease when I was younger and when you walk in this how they ate when they wanted a good time. I wanted to know what Richie, Potsie, Ralph and the Fonz was like eating and Arnold burger. Johnny Rockets makes that possible because the ambiance is just that of Arnold's of Happy Days and Grease. And there food wow although their prices are high but it's worth you get a lot for your money where else can you get all the fries you can eat and all the drink you can drink. And their Burgers are not your ordinary burgers some of them are big so I love them. I don't often go there because I live far but if they will open a branch in Manila I would go to it. And what's exciting you get a free show where your servers and the managers and the cooks are your entertainers no where else you can get that but Johnny Rockets. Now would I go back there yes because I love burgers.
