This seems to be the driving force behind Kraft Eden Cheese and Magsaysay Center for Culinary for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) that pushed them in reaching their dream - to prepare numerous dishes using Kraft Eden Cheese as the base ingredient - in believing - to steal the title f the Guinness World Record for Most Dishes Served in a Day from India - and in surviving – for having the first and only cheese café in the world, the Café 5845.
From the 5,845 cheese-infused dishes that Kraft and MIHCA displayed last December at Araneta Center, comes Café 5845. A first in the world, this café will serve the most number of cheese dishes that will fill our tummies daily!
Cheese lovers, attack!
Lucky me, I was one of the first people who got to experience the sumptuous cheese dishes they have at Café 5845.
Located just right after the entrance of IMAX Theater, this very chic and shabby cafe is perfect any time of the day. I love the concept of this place because, for one, you'll get to enjoy the sun in a more skin-friendly way, two, the design fits on a day and night chit-chat with friends, and three, the place was simply relaxing. It's like having a tea time with Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte of Sex and the City! Hehehe.
The opening was hosted by Miss Dimples Romana and was attended by the awesome guys of Kraft and MIHCA.
And since this is one of the country's pride, Kraft and MIHCA prepared something that day that made our hearts melt.
Little kids from a public school showcased their singing prowess through their melody that brought happiness and pride in the air.
And as I got inside the store, you'll be welcomed by the plaque that proves that this endeavor was recognized by Guiness World Record.
And the wall behind this plaque tells a brief history of this great achievement of Kraft Foods Philippines and MIHCA.
And with that, we were in for a great cheesy treat! Wee!
Aside from these sumptuous appetizers, we were also had a chance to taste some of the cheese-infused dishes that will be featured on Cafe 5845.
Yummy, right! But you know what? The thing that really surprised me was when I saw their little menu cards that shows the prices of the dishes that they'll be serving!
Amazing, right? It seems that this is not just the cheesiest cafe in the world, but also the most affordable one! And with those prepared by the excellent chef of MIHCA... Unbelievable!
Indeed, one of the country's pride!

Wow, meron na palang Cafe 5845...astig! I love cheeses, I think maeenjoy ko to. Haha. In other news, ang taray naman now ko lang nalaman rumaraket din pala sa hosting si Dimples Romana. :)
