According to one of XO Kitchen’s owner, Jan Vanliam Tan, the said sauce has become a part of family meal for a very long time that they decided to make for family consumption. And from then on, people started hearing about the sauce and the delicious dishes that his parents are making that’s why just a few months ago they opened their very first chain of restaurant, the XO Kitchen.
