CDO Holiday Ham with Chef Rob Pengson

This holiday season, one dish will surely never miss, the Holiday Ham.

So come and join Chef Rob Pengson as he shared to us one simple way on how to prepare this delightful Yuletide dish!

Last Saturday at Felix Restaurant at Greenbelt 5, I attended the bloggers’ launch of CDO Holiday Ham.

We were treated to a nice afternoon of fun facts about CDO Holiday Ham and some tips on how to choose a premium-cut ham which is perfect for the coming holiday!

CDO Holiday Ham is made from one whole boneless meat from the hind leg, which is the best cut of pork for hams. It is a high-quality smoked ham and it has net marks that can attest to that.

Chef Rob told us that only whole-meat hams can be smoked in ham nets because if it isn’t, pieces would fall off.

And also CDO Holiday Ham has no extenders making its appearance, taste and texture really nice and great.

Here’s a clip on how Chef Rob Pengson prepared a simple dish out of CDO Holiday Ham.

After that quick demo, we were given a sample to have a taste of this mouth-watering, healthy dish! And I’d say that it was great. The taste was balanced perfectly giving me a delightful, satisfying afternoon.

So, if you are still thinking on what ham you should buy this coming season, well, there’s CDO Holiday Ham for you!

You can check with your local supermarkets about the goodness of this premium-cut ham! Enjoy!

Thanks to CDO Holiday Ham and Chef Rob Pengson!
