With Mang Inasal and ChicBoy in the market beating one another, withstanding the demands of the ever-demanding public, there's this new place in Bonifacio Global City that just opened its doors and offers an almost the same menu that those two giant names have been serving for years now. May this girl-named Floring can teach how these man-named foodie spots some manners and respect to the ladies?
Just opened two weeks ago, Floring's BBQ Grill is the latest addition to the growing foodie spots here in Bonifacio Global City. Brought to us by Chef Florabel Co-Yatco, this new foodie spot is also the latest addition to the elegant line of restaurants of this chef to the stars. Though, as you may all noticed, this one has a different setup, a different approach, one thing it can assure you, big eaters and good-money spenders will enjoy Floring's.
I was invited last week to have a lunch here at Floring's. This place is located in Unit 2, at the corner of 4th Avenue, BGC and is open from 10 in the morning till 11 at night. At first glance, you'll be really attracted to this place. With its giant pig logo, which I personally find really cute, and it very pleasing colors, Floring's made sure that their diners will feel welcome and won't feel any intimidation.

Boracay: Smoke
I know that a lot of you who have never been to the adventure-filled island of Boracay would think that everything is expensive here. I’m telling you, YOU ARE WRONG. Because during my last night on the island, in my quest to find a more affordable dining place, I found Smoke!
Smoke is a local restaurant which you can find at the far corner of D Mall, Station 2, Boracay. With is bloody red color, this place is popular for its affordable, home-styled meals too.
From itlog na pula, tuyo, to sinigang, down to grilled seafood, you can find it here and readily available upon ordering.
Open til late night, Smoke was the answer to my hungry tummy during my last night here in Boracay. And though the place is packed during lunch and dinner time, probably because of its affordability, that night Smoke was all mine and some few other customers. Hehe.
The place is really small, if you’d asked me, only about 30 to 40 people can seat in here. The acoustic was pretty bad during lunch and dinner. With every guest almost shoulder to shoulder when dining in, talking to one another would be a problem. But that night, when I visited the place, again, it was almost all mine, so I really had a great time dining there.

Joseph and Jaemark is back!
For those who don’t any idea what Joseph and Jaemark is, this is a place back in the late 80s to early 90s where celebrities used to dine in and enjoy a sumptuous and top of the class Filipino dishes. It was then located in Pasay City near Cuneta Astrodome, where people, celebrities alike, spent most of their, watching the B game.
And now, as the food industry in the country boot up again, the most love Tuna place is back with a better place at the very heart of Quezon City.
Fellas, let us all welcome Joseph and Jaemark’s Family Grill.

If you want try an all-Filipino feast with all of its distinctive flavours, drive now to J&J!
On my first experience to this newly revived place, I was quite not sure with what outstanding dish that they have to offer. First, the name of the place is quite a so-so to me. I mean, it’s not that catchy, especially to those who don’t know its history.
