I dunno what's with Chef Bruce but every time I watch him cook, there's this fun, excitement and easiness that you can feel between him and his kitchen utensils. I think its his magic. Hehe. No wonder the dishes that he prepares always taste great and fantastic!
He also shared to us some of his famous dishes during the lunch that he hosted after the demo, and darn, everything is fantabulous!
From the Deconstructed Sopas, to the Prawn Salad, to the Calamansi Tuyo Spaghetti that is one of my favorite from this place, to Prawn Aligue Wrapped in Banana Leaf and the Stuffed Chicken Leg Adobo with Crispy Pork Flakes he prepared , down to the delicious Pinoy-style Buko Pie Martini Dessert, every thing was so wonderful!
